My name is Marina, I'm 52 years old, and I'm a blend of countries, languages and travels π«π·π©πͺπ¨π»π΅π«π΅π¦πͺπ¨πΏππ. |
I love the beauty and energy of Wild Nature, the magic of the Alive, our humanity (even in its vulnerability and complexity), and encounters; I love adventure and fantasy, dancing, traveling and laughing; learning, understanding, creating, transforming, navigating life, and not taking myself too seriously along the way πβοΈ. |
I believe in benevolence and in the magic of life. And I truly believe that we have the power to create what we want in our lives πβοΈ. |

In 2000, we came as a family to live in Cape Verde, in Santa-Maria. Kiara and Nikita, our 2 daughters, grew up here, at the local school, in the village of Santa-Maria, and in Ponta Preta π, feeling more Cape Verdean than French ππ. |
Back then, we were living to the fullest for surfing and windsurfing in Ponta Preta, and I have relished this life apart, centred around the essential, my children and my family life, and diving, waves, wild nature, and yoga in Ponta Preta. |
Cape Verde officially became our adopted homeland in 2007, when we obtained Cape Verdean nationality. |

In 2012, the 4 of us set off to sail around the world, on a sailing boat we named Spirit of PontaPreta ππβ¨. |
We crossed the oceans, learned to fend for ourselves, and we have relished exploring the world and discovering other cultures. |
When we arrived in the Pacific, in French Polynesia, we settled down, and spent several years on the water, in the different archipelagos π. As close to nature as can be, to the ocean, the wind and the sea sprays, the starry sky, the fish, whales, manta rays and turtles... and even sharks ππ πβ¨. |

Traveling to the other side of the world, by boat, and with family, has also been an adventure of self-discovery π. My path as a woman, mum and life partner, expat, boat woman, entrepreneur, and life apprentice, has been rich in joys, challenges, learnings... and in experiences of the movements of life too ππ. |
Dynamic, very active and attentive to others, I was always ready to do everything and surpass myself, until my body screamed "Stooop!" π₯΄βπ½. |
So I also experienced disease that changes everything, chronic pain and disability, burnout and life crisis, and depression; family crises, too, and communication problems/difficulties. The illness or unhapiness of those I Iove... |
For several years now, I've also been caring for, accompanying and supporting my husband, who is suffering from aggressive cancer. |

These ordeals have led me to approach and look at things, differently. And to do some transformative work on myself π. Step by step, I found myself again, while also becoming more and more - myself π... and re-fulfilled π. |
I have spent many years exploring multiple approaches, tools and resources, learning, and researching. And I've trained a lot around the world ππ |
Understanding the human being, positive & constructive communication, and benevolent accompaniment, in their TRANSFORMATIVE dimension, have become a passion: around the wish that everyone can be free, and have the tools, to be able to create and transform what they want in themselves, and in their lives ππβοΈβ―οΈπ¦β€οΈ . |

I've turned it into a job I love πβ€οΈ. In Tahiti, I have transmitted and accompanied a lot, in this spirit: in NonViolent Communication, in Personal Development, in Accompaniment towards resilience (in life crisis, or after trauma, abuse, or rape), and in Healing Tao, to take care of all that is going on in our bodies π. |
And I continue to use these tools for myself every day ππβοΈ. |

When we returned to Cape Verde after our family adventure, I naturally brought here this activity that I created in Tahiti. |
Since Sal island is essentially a holiday/ tourist destination, I've adapted my way of working and transmitting π βοΈ. Here I have the joy of introducing Healing Tao and energy work, their simplicity, and the power of their benefits, to people who, most of the time, have never experienced this kind of work before π. It's quite exceptional, and rather wonderful! π I even have a good proportion of men, which is quite unusual in the field ππ. |
In general, an outdoor discovery session already offers participants a real click/breakthrough, an awareness, and a reconnection with their body and breathing, which change the game π. And it opens up joyful new possibilities in their relationship to their health and wellbeing πβοΈ. |
In just over a year of working here, I've had the pleasure of introducing Healing Tao and energy work to over 1300 people on holiday in Sal πβ―οΈβοΈ... |
And it is with great joy that I share, here, on a daily basis, all these Keys to Wellbeing, to help you feel good in your body and your energy, to be yourself, and to surf life, JOYFULLY! πβ€οΈ |
I look forward to meeting you, and taking you forward on a wonderful journey of discovery, With love and care πβ€οΈ, |
